Durabotics is now a platinum member of the Robotic Industries Association. Founded in 1974, RIA is the only trade group in North America organized specifically to serve the robotics industry. Member companies include leading robot manufacturers, users, system integrators, component suppliers, research groups, and consulting firms.
Robot safety is always the number-one concern and no application should be automated if it cannot be done safely. Nor should people work in unsafe conditions. Robots and people should work together only when safety has been considered first. The RIA strives to help keep automation safe and lead the way in implementing safety standards.
